The ‘If It’s Okay’ campaign aims to tackle the negative impact that shame has on those living with a mental illness in Wales and across the UK.

Welsh Government have announced £1.4m of new funding for Time to Change Wales. This will allow us to continue our work to end the stigma and discrimination faced by people with mental health problems for three more years to 2025.
The new phase of work will have a particular focus on working with Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic communities and employers in areas of poverty and deprivation.
