5 ways to wellbeing

Weekly session to address emotional wellbeing, rolled out across Eastern Cardiff.
This will also be followed by Tea and Toast friendship groups, with volunteers recruited where possible.
This will be in place until January 2016

The resources will be used to highlight the need to talk and support our friendship groups
