#justtalk is a youth mental health awareness day to be held Easter Bank Holiday Monday 17th April at Trebor Celebration Building, Wern Industrial Estate, Rogerstone,Newport.
It is being held in conjunction with local charitable organisation 19.

19 was founded following the suicide of two local 19 year old young men last year and aims to raise awareness of mental health issues in young people, encourage young people to talk about mental health, give them the knowledge and tools to know where to turn for help, how to help others and ultimately to prevent further suicides.
It will be both fun and informative with music, free food for under 25s, a gaming comp, talks, information stalls plus lots more.
The event will be centred around the Five Steps To Positive Mental Health:
