We are holding a tea and talk event between 10am - 11:45am in our main canteen at police HQ and providing tea, coffee and cakes to all those who attend for a chat.
We will have TTCW literature and our own force literature to inform officers and staff how to get help from our Occupational Health Unit and other forums within the force.
Myself and a couple of colleagues will be wearing TTCW t-shirts throughout the day which will also get people talking about mental health.
We already have a number of staff attending and hope to encourage more to attend on the day.
